Bi-Xenon lamp HB1 (6000K)
Xenon light today is one of the most important elements of safety and comfort for the motorist. In the rain and fog light xenon headlights does not create a light wall in front of your eyes. The rays of xenon light easily punch through the fog or rain and illuminate not the drops of rain and fog, but the canvas of the road. All this makes it possible to get rid of excessive stress during the ride. Xenon lamp, the correct name of the gas discharge or hid-lamp (from the English High Intensity Discharge) is also a gas discharge. Without a special ignition unit, it will not light up, like the usual daylight lamp will not light without an electric throttle starter. The ignition unit is designed not only to start, but also to adjust the parameters during operation.
Xenon lamps have a color temperature of 2500 to 16000 Kelvin, compared to 2800 Kelvin from a standard halogen lamp (to compare the Sun has a light temperature of about 6000 Kelvin. Simply put, the color temperature is the unit of brightness of the light source. The higher the color temperature, the closer the spectrum of the radiation source to the sunlight. This explains the fact that the light of xenon gas discharge lamps has a blue shade, and the usual halogen lamps are yellowish. The more color temperature of the xenon lamp, the more will be blue in the light emitted by this lamp.
