  All goods will first arrive at Singapore and then be delivered to destination country. You can track your goods from website of Singapore post air mail in this first phase. After your goods was delivered to your own country, you can track your goods from the post office of your own country with the same tracking number.

  For example, if we deliver one goods to a customer who lives in Denmark, he can track his goods from Singapore post office before the goods arrives Singapore. If his goods has arrived in Denmark, he can track the goods from the website of Denmark’s post office.

•  1. You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. There are NO EXCEPTIONS! Shipping cost is bear by both seller and buyer in half.
