Evergreen-Maritme pneumatic fenders are manufactured and tested comply with ISO17357:2002. Evergreen-Maritime Pneumatic Rubber Fenders are certificated by Lloyd's, CCS, DNV, GL, LR, BV.
* Construction features
Floating Pneumatic Rubber Fenders, whose basic body construction consists of outer rubber layers, synthetic-cord-reinfrced rubber layers and inner rubber layers, are kind of cylindrical airbags with hemispherical heads at both ends. All of these are vulacanized together, and the compress air inside to enable it to folat on the water. So pneumatic fender has become an ideal ship protection medium used extensively by large tankers, LPG vessels, ocean platforms, bulk carriers and floating structures, large docks, harbor and wharfs.
Evergreen-Maritime ensures that all our Pneumatic Rubber Fenders fully comply with all requirements of ISO17357:2002. Evergreen-Maritime commits to manufacture and provide the high-quality pneumatic rubber fenders for STS and STD operation. In order to produce the qualified and famous China Brand of pneumatic fenders, Evergreen-Maritime invested the advanced production and test equipments, and invited the foreign experienced engineers of pneumatic fenders, which ensure all Evergreen-Maritime Pneumatic Rubber Fenders are manufactured comply with ISO17357:2002. In 2009, Evergreen-Maritime Pneumatic Rubber Fenders are certificated by Lloyd's comply with ISO17357:2002.
