1. Why the printer shows "No enougth ink" or "Empty" or the Indicator light “Flashing”?
It’s not quality problem. This is because the original company blocked the chip technology. So the re-manfuactured ink cartridge chips can not 100% show ink level. Please ignore it and press "OK" button to continue printing, all our ink cartridges are filled with enough ink.
2. Why the printer can not print K/C/M/Y color or print stripe? (see below picture)
Solution:
The reason is that the cartridge print head is clogged.
1. Wipe print head with paper to make ink flow out. 2. Or operate " print head cleaning" to make ink flow out smoothly. 3. Or print more pages. Remarks:
1. Different Area use different ink cartridge model although printer model is same.
2. Please check your original ink cartridge model number before place order.
3. If your original ink cartridge is not PG510 CL511, DO NOT BUY this cartridge.
4. XL and non XL are the same, there is no difference. If you have any requirements on the label, please contact us.
5. The appearance of each batch may be different, but does not affect the use.
