-- Why the printer shows "No enougth ink" or "Empty" or the Indicator light “Flashing”? (see below picture)
It’s not quality problem. This is because the original company blocked the chip technology, so remanufactured ink cartridge’s chip can not 100% show correct ink level. Please ignore it and press "OK" button to continue printing, all our ink cartridges are filled with enough ink. --Why the printer shows “error e4” or "not recognize" or “failure”etc.? (Example in picture)
For this situation, usually has two reasons: 1. Not install well 2. Ink cartridge chip dirty
Solution:
1. Take out the ink cartridge and re-install it. If issue still exist, go ahead. 2. Clean the ink cartridge chip (picture 1) and contactor points (picture 2) with rubber or alcohol cotton swab. Please try several times. If it is still not working, please contact us for solution. 
Remarks:
1. Different Area use different ink cartridge model although printer model is same.
2. Please check your original ink cartridge model number before place order.
3. If your original ink cartridge is not PG445 (XL), DO NOT BUY this cartridge.
4. XL and non XL are the same, there is no difference,If you have any requirements on the label, please contact us
5. The appearance of each batch may be different, but does not affect the use.
