- Remove the throttle body from intake manifold.
- Install new throttle body on, connect throttle cable and hoses back.
Throttle Body Position Sensor
- Loosen screws on throttle body to remove body.
- Grind 2 small slits into OEM rivets, get them off by screwdriver. Install new TPS back.
- Rotate TPS position slightly to get 0.45-0.5 volts. The negative feed of the multimeter should be connected to the negative lead of the battery and the positive lead should be connected to the little red wire of TPS plug.
- Adjust throttle to wide open get around 4.5 volts.
