Steps for refilling toner powder : 1.Take out the toner cartridge when the toner powder use up, open the lid ( yellow lid )of the waste powder hole . 2.Down the waste powder hole , shake the toner cartridge up and down for sometimes , pour out the waste powder. 3.Use the lid ( yellow lid ) to cover the waste powder hole . 4.Open the lid ( white lid ) of refilling toner powder hole. 5.Erect the toner cartridge , toner powder bottle funnel plug into the hole to refill toner powder. 6.After finishing refilling , cover the lid ( white lid ) of refilling toner powder hole . 7.Change a new chip (Except in need).
Please read before refilling toner powder :
1.The toner powder should be compatible with the printer .
2. Before refilling powder , please print a test page to check whether the toner cartridge can be refilled toner powder again .
3. Open the printer cartridge carefully , avoid damages to the cartridge .
4. Before filling , it is best to clean up the powder warehouse ( Especially brother or samsung cartridge , because there's no waste bunker for their printers ) . Please make sure that the toner cartridge is cleaned up , otherwise the waste powder inside will result in a print failure .
5.Sponge scraper blade can not be removed , otherwise will leak powder .
6. Remember to install the rolling sets , otherwise there will be grey .
7. Magnetic roller side spring must be in good contact , otherwise it will print the white pages , or light color .
8. Printer opc drum cannot be irradiated to light for long time , otherwise photosensitive drum will be exposure .
