1. Introduction to the function of this governor This JCF4812 temperature control governor adopts PWM modulation technology to realize fan temperature control and speed regulation. It is an industrial-grade scheme, simple to use, stable and reliable, especially suitable for outdoor unmanned cabinet use!! __________ There are two main functions: 1. The governor controls the fan's speed according to the detected temperature. The higher the temperature is, the faster the speed is. When the temperature is lower than 30 degrees (customizable), the governor controls the fan to stop running. When the temperature is higher than 30 degrees, the fan starts at a low speed. If the temperature continues to rise, the fan's speed also increases slowly. When the temperature rises to 50 degrees, the fan turns into full speed operation. When the temperature starts to drop, When it drops below 50 degrees, the speed of the fan slowly decreases, and when it drops to 30 degrees, the fan closes to circulate. 2. If the fan fails or other factors cause the temperature to exceed 55 degrees, the governor will output an OD signal, indicating the current abnormal temperature alarm. The OD signal can be connected to the PLC or industrial computer or used to drive relays. II. Main Technical Parameters 1. Supporting all kinds of 12v/24v/48v 2,3,4-wire DC fans to connect, maximum driving current 12A 2. Industrial grade scheme, Class A PCB sheet, fully automatic SMT mounting and welding, 100% factory test 3. Support multi-fan parallel access 4. Frequency conversion technology, stable performance, low power consumption, high efficiency 5. Dynamic LED indicator, intuitive and real understanding of the working state of governor 6. Standard 1% high precision industrial NTC temperature probe: suitable for detecting air temperature, bubbles, temperature range - 40 ~120 C 7. Temperature probe is sealed with epoxy resin, waterproof and damp-proof, with installation holes at the top of the probe to facilitate fixed installation. 8. Support customization, including size, temperature parameters, additional functions, etc. 9. With high temperature alarm function, when the temperature exceeds 55 degrees, the OD port outputs a "low" signal. 10. With PWM signal output, it can support 4-wire fan better.
